We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.- Clothing must not be worn, washed, or altered.
- Shoes must be returned with their original box and packaging.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@classtopis.xyz with your order number and reason for the return. You will be provided with return instructions and an address to send the item back.
2. Refunds
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method and bank processing times.- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, such as damaged or worn items, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges for Different Size/Color:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@classtopis.xyz. We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Non-returnable Items
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized items
- Undergarments or swimwear
6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
